How it works
A consumer-simple flow that stays aligned with pharmacy and provider requirements.
1) Start intake
Choose your goal and submit a short intake request. Avoid entering sensitive medical details on this public site.
2) Provider review
A licensed practitioner evaluates appropriateness. If a prescription is required, it is issued through standard workflows (eRx/fax/portal).
3) Pharmacy routing
Dispensing is routed to the appropriate licensed pharmacy/partner for the patient’s state and therapy requirements.
4) Fill, QA, ship
Order is prepared, quality checked, and shipped according to product handling (ambient vs cold-chain). Tracking is provided.
Note: The public SHW site is education and intake routing. If PHI must be collected, it should be collected inside your
pharmacy system (e.g., SRS) or a secured portal designed for PHI.
