We ship with care to protect temperature-sensitive items and ensure discreet delivery.
Temperature-sensitive therapies (cold-chain)
These products require special handling:
- May take up to 72 hours to process before leaving the facility.
- Ship overnight with cold packs where appropriate.
- Ship Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend transit delays.
- Orders after 12 PM Thursday typically ship the following Monday (or next business day).
- Refrigerate immediately upon delivery when indicated.
Ambient (non-refrigerated) shipments
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Standard and expedited options may be available.
- Carriers may include USPS/UPS/FedEx depending on destination and service level.
General notes: Carrier delays can occur. All packages ship discreetly. Please double-check address accuracy at checkout/intake to avoid returns.
During high heat, retrieve packages as soon as delivered.
